On Friday, June 21, 2019, after a wonderful year, Ashland closed its doors.
Ashland served as a semi-private studio and office as well as an event and lounge space for the community located in North Adams, Massachusetts. During that year we hosted a range of activities from blanket forts and poetry readings to conversations about gentrification and sex-werk. Thank you to Assets for Artists, the Cultural Council of North Berkshire, and Very Good Property Development for your support. Most importantly, thank you to the people who've participated in the events and workshops and for those who have collaborated with Ashland.
